LTE may not be so expensive soon

Phones4U announced that they are set to launch their own mobile operator based on the EE network, with both 3 & 4G (LTE) services by the end of the year. What 4G currently lacks is price competition, particularly when one thinks about the data caps in place. Maybe then consumers will find a compelling reason to upgrade. Of course there will still be the challenge of the network meeting the kind of standard that consumers expect – which could take a good while longer.  Time to get out your Moleskine notepad and start sketching out that new Facebook-killing mobile-first business idea.
